Not convinced at all. More and more, google is about google apps (for business) and they just can't deliver as smooth experiences as apple does for my personal life

@heydjeff Thanks for your input! Point 1. Key for us. We are focusing on smart routing rules. The trick is to maintain a system that is VERY simple to configure. We're into it but we'll put it online only when it's really really well done. Point 2 is not our core focus right now to be honest. I don't think we'll disrupt things before a long time here...even if we agree that delay sucks :/ Point...
