Sometimes, the automatic sorting into 'Primary', 'Social', and 'Promotions' tabs can be a bit off, causing me to miss some important emails. Also, the mobile app could be more responsive; I've experienced occasional delays in receiving notifications. Overall, Gmail is reliable but there are a few kinks that need to be addressed for it to get a perfect score from me.
