while I really like the illustrations you did, I think every business should find their own personality. I really liked Mailchimps rebrand because it was sooo different. It's hard to not call this a copy.

why does it need the glasses though? it feels almost like they asked themselves: "What if we could do Google Glass with sound?", instead of just making smart earbuds like the airpods. I understand, you don't have to wear something on / in your ear. But to me, wearing airpods all day seems way less intrusive than sunglasses.

My ultimate goal would be enabling the user to manipulate the style to make it his own: Switching between outline & fill, different textures, shadows... Sliders that manipulate the form factor of the characters, for example: the ratio between legs & upper body. Changing the size of the heads. Changing the detail...

Looking good. At what pixel scale are the icons designed? If I just drag and drop them into sketch, they are completely off the pixel grid.

it's the right direction but far from being very useful. I prefer what Invision does with Design Systems Manager. They give you a rich comment editor that helps you describe each component and also allows you to add code. That way it can become a documentation for the frontend engineers, where they can go and copy paste the code for each element.

love the design and it's really fun to use. will use it a lot. i just had a little problem in the beginning with the IA. Having the "home" screen in the middle tab, is kind of unusual. Especially if it is treated that way, i expected it to be a "create" button and it confused me that nothing happened when i tapped it. Took me a few seconds to understand that this is the currently active tab.

any reason why the textarea got a fixed height? i think it would make the textarea even more invisible if there wouldn't be this inline scrolling.

why do you use pngs, when you can just use the real unicode emojis in html?
