I'm using airfocus for a few months now. The biggest benefit of airfocus in my opinion is the fact that I get to spend more time on my actual work as opposed to my former workflow which consisted of hours of sitting behind a spreadsheet and trying my best to not let subjectivity get the best of me (and my team).
