local task tracking system is top tier, no need to create Jira tickets or manage them with web interface, simply moving the structured json file works just fine!
What needs improvement
overrall web UI can be improved, at least add a dark theme, please :)

JiraIt's just better :) offline-first and JSON-based ticket management are the main points here

different task templates are not available, only one base template is there
What reporting and dashboard options are built-in?
analytics have all you need - ticket statuses, timelines, per-dev analytics
How well does it manage attachments and file versions?
attachments are handled well, file versions is not handled, but can be tracked with git history
