Why do you start with coding and end with product management? Doesn't it make sense to first ask "what do you want to build"? Product management, then UI/UX, and finally implementing it with code.

I think of payments as checkpoints for the client to ensure that things are progressing as expected. Is there any checkpoint functionality for a client to withhold payment if the progress isn't up to par? Perhaps an email is sent out to the user right before charge being made with a summary of progress and the option to stop payment if necessary
