LiveRowing is a free application for iOS. Very similar to Strava, RunKeeper or MapMyFitness but for the Concept2 Indoor Rowing machine. Once connected, the LiveRowing app allows you to compete with friends or yourself. It also has Featured Workouts from organizations and trainers around the world so you will always have a fresh workout to do.
