I was initially skeptical about product management tools, but Flat completely changed my perspective. It's incredibly intuitive, striking the perfect balance between simplicity and advanced functionality. For my current project, I use Flat to manage multiple Kanban boards, one for each team, and it seamlessly aggregates data for higher-level product tracking. The integration with GitHub is excellent, enhancing our workflow significantly.
