Talked to a bunch of newsletter creators last year. Most were still handling sponsorships the same way: DMs, spreadsheets, chasing invoices. No system. Just workarounds. So I built SponsorCal. First SaaS. I spent years in paid search before leaving to build full time (brave or stupid, depending on who you ask). I vibe-code my way through problems, but I'm not satisfied with things just working. I want to know why. Databases, data flows, how the technical side actually fits together. That part interests me as much as the marketing does. First launch. I'd love to hear what you think.
