
Their billing and customer support is a bit off. They don't send reminder emails when subscriptions are to be renewed which makes it impossible to cancel or pause your subscription in time. They sort of try to lock you in by claiming that you should have cancelled before the renewal. If they want to follow that billing practice, where they count on subscribers to forget to cancel, they should probably do it in a way where if people completely forget, they don't need to care, but if someone does, they should issue a refund. Especially since they conveniently ignore support emails for a month.
