I've spent years working with biological data and building AI systems, and got frustrated that my Garmin watch, which tracks everything I needed on a run, was feeling basically useless for strength training. So I built Rack: real-time sets, reps, and rest timers right on your wrist, with the kind of data-driven training insights that endurance athletes take for granted. I wanted something that understood progressive overload the way Garmin understands VO2 max. Nothing satisfied me, so I shipped it myself.
