Well usually I start Monday morning with a cup of coffee and a cigarette, it makes me sad, so I decide to quit smoking and switch to vaping to start with, but I need to study the guide to understanding and using electronic cigarettes to understand all the risks. But there is a good start to Monday mornings, it's a trip to the woods on my bike, picking mushrooms and just enjoying the forest air....
