Long time user here. I upgraded to version 5.0.1 (12645) and just ended up getting "Error: Multiple validation errors occurred.". I have tried the support steps on the support site, but there is no other support at all. No email, no nothing. Completely stuck here. If there was a way to contact support, I wouldn't write here...
