Shopperbird
Hello, Greetings of the day! I would like to share my feedback for the Android shopperbird app. I would like to start the highest priority first and then to the medium. 1) While login via Google account, I received a warning stating the App isn't Google verified. As the number of online frauds are increasing, building the trust and showcasing the user that we are concern about their privacy and safety is important. 2) The font color and the background image are getting mixed on login page. 3) Login and Register page can be merge. This will result in less time to create an account and improve the overall user experience. Once the information of new user is confirmed, it can be routed to Profile page to continue. This will help to collect the user information and can follow-up in case the profile is incomplete. 4) The header space can be re-worked to user the screen space efficiently. 5) The filter and sorting need improvement. It is crucial, as the result of filter and/or sorting can help user to make quick decision and purchase. 6) Profile > Measurement: The information button that are hyperlinked to YouTube videos can spoil the user experience (dependency on internet speed to play video). It can be replaced with an image or a tutorial file for reference. There are few high and medium priority points that I feel should be addressed. Beautification points can be shared based on the users' feedback. Best Regards, Niraj Gala
