It's very pricey... the MSRP is $450, plus $15/month for 20 messages. $50/month for unlimited. You have to REALLY need this to warrant that kind of cost.

What's the advantage of this as opposed to just getting shirts/stickers/mugs printed through something like Redbubble, Stickermule, CustomInk, etc.?

Curious if this will eventually become a Chrome extension. I have a Chromebook, and would like to be able to push the button and have it read a web page to me. Not the whole web page- only the parts that Pocket would save (the readable format they make). Isn't there an Instapaper API or something that could help you read the page without having to highlight specific parts?

I just made a font with my handwriting, and it was super easy and it looks awesome. However, it looks way neater than my handwriting actually is since it has you write letters individually, and that naturally looks better than writing whole words.

When a meme makes a phone

This is a great idea in theory, but unfortunately, it still depends on users uploading data. In my area (Fort Worth) there are zero cafes listed (they are all in Dallas). I wish there was something that didn't rely on users. Or something that ran in the background picking up WiFi networks you pass or something.

I'm afraid this will lead to (perhaps accidental) censorship. For example, when I typed "Liberals are not stupid" it said that it was 93% toxic.

I'm not sure how accurate the typing speed thing is... I've used 10fastfingers.com for a while, and have never gone about 88WPM. When I first tried Typing Bolt though it said I typed at over 200WPM.

Impressive product, but I won't be buying it from reMarkable. I can't wait until they get meaningful competition and the price is driven down. They have the advantage right now of being the only ones around, but this won't last long. I wouldn't consider the 40% off price (especially as a student) and definitely wouldn't consider the full price. It's ridiculous.

Awesome extension, I've been meaning to learn Spanish for a while. I think this will definitely help with vocab (though less help with grammar). I wish there was a profile page where I could see all the words I've learned and all the coins I've accrued (if there is, I haven't found it- which is another problem).
