The founders are resourceful and hungry operators. Plus they're wonderful humans. Pros: Fortunate to have briefly worked with Erik and David. Sympathetic customer focused founders. That is how the best businesses are built. Cons: They're still in the early days so the product is simple. Don't see that as a downside though as they're hyper focused on serving customers.

Courtland is as thoughtful as they come. can't say enough great things about the community he has built and continues to foster. Pros: reframing what success in biz actually means. it's not all "IPO or death" Cons: still searching...
