It's a great tool for me when I'm answering technical questions from customers - I don't have to rely having every detailed info in my head or get distracted when looking up info from another place. It's also nice that I can write emails more efficiently without the need to use use templates. I don't want to use templates, I also want to do other things than writing emails... Hypertype is a great tool for keeping me efficient but still being me. =)
