Some coding tools aren t built to make you a better developer. They are built to sell more inference

While models and agentic coding took off, developer tools are lagging behind. But the industry talked more about replacing developers than giving them an agentic control center.

For us, this was a fundamental disconnect. We wanted observability and control, not black box magic. Developers should focus on building, not wrestling with tool limitations.
