What's your favorite perk of WFH?

Hey, hunters! Many of us work from home or in a hybrid system. If that's your case: what's your favorite perk of working from home? My top reasons: - Wearing comfy clothes - Avoiding the commute - Being able to travel! I'm currently in Europe for a month, and that wouldn't have been possible if I worked in-office.

What are some good team-building events for a globally distributed team?

Our small team at Ottr Finance has always been global from the start, with people on 3 continents. What are some things you've found to be good for building team cohesion in distributed workforce? One thing we've done is find online games and have everyone join to play. Love to hear other ideas.

If you could learn & master any one skill in a day, what would it be?

I think the question is a very straightforward but a tricky one! You are given the ability learn and master ANY skill in the span of day. The logistics don't matter, it will be done. Which skill do you choose?

Brand monitoring: When is it a good time to start? What tools to use?

Hi there, Any of you actually use any brand monitoring processes and tools? And how? Brand monitoring isn't just about text mentions. With the rise of visual media, logos, and other brand assets, visual representation plays a huge role in brand identity. Here are some tools and methods that I am aware of: *Social Listening Platforms: Track mentions and conversations about your (or competitor's) brand on social media. Tools like Hootsuite and Brandwatch are some examplles. I also tried Octolens, which offers an AI-powered social monitoring tool for dev-focused startups (monitors mentions on Reddit, Hackernews, etc). https://octolens.com/ Visual Recognition and Logo Detection APIs: Logo detection is a major part of brand monitoring and uses AI-powered image recognition to identify a brand s logo in photos, videos, or other media online. example: https://apyhub.com/utility/ai-im... Web Crawlers: Platforms like Google Alerts or Mention scan the internet for textual mentions of your brand. Review Aggregators: Tools like Trustpilot or Yelp help monitor customer reviews across platforms to maintain your reputation. Any others? Let me know, Nikolas
