$70 pricepoint feels too high to me - At $2 (Starbucks small black coffee), that's more than one per day. Realistic usage for a user is 1-2x a business day, so 20-40 uses, max. Entry pricing should be low to entice users onto the platform - coffee shops will likely be thrilled to get more top-of-funnel. Is the inventory procured through an online wholesaler / bedbank or directly through a gds or from the properties themselves? I've always stayed away from wholesaler rates because they exempt you from any elite benefits or point accruals (eg SPG at the Le Meridien Philadelphia which I saw on the list)

I stayed 250 nights in a hotel for work last calendar year. ~220 in SPG, ~25 in Hyatt (enough to earn Diamond status), ~5 in a Marriott because there were no other options. Although I was at full liberty to do so (and expense it), I never chose to stay in an AirBnb.
