Why we built Whet: making curiosity easier to act on

Most learning products ask you to commit to a course, a subject, or a long-term plan. But a lot of real learning starts much smaller: you get curious about something and want a fast, useful way to understand it.

That idea led us to build Whet. Whet creates 5-minute AI-powered lessons on any topic, then helps you retain what you learn with a visual knowledge graph and spaced repetition. The goal is to make learning easier to start, easier to return to, and more likely to stick.

We re still early, and I d love feedback from this community:

  • Does learn anything you re curious about feel compelling?

  • Would 5-minute lessons fit into your daily routine?

  • What would make you come back to a learning app consistently?

Whet - Sharpen your mind - Sharpen your mind, 5 minutes at a time

Whet is a micro-learning app that creates 5-minute AI-powered lessons on any topic you’re curious about. What makes it different is that it doesn’t stop at content generation: Whet turns learning into a repeatable habit with interactive lessons, a personal knowledge graph, and spaced repetition built in. The result is a learning experience that is fast to start, personalized to you, and designed to help you remember what you learn.
