I work at the intersection of AI, organizational design and labour regulation, helping companies move from traditional hierarchies to platform-based, AI-ready models of work. I currently lead the transformation of an Italian digital company (Crurated / Genesis Brain) toward a platform organization, including the adoption of a new collective labour agreement designed for digital enterprises and the upcoming integration of agentic AI systems into work coordination and decision-making. Alongside this work, I design practical frameworks and tools to support organizational transformation, including Agentia (AI agents for organizations) and Global Work Innovation Reports, where I publish research, benchmarks and insights on digital enterprises, work transformation and AI adoption.
