Nicole Metz is a human resources and talent management professional with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise and government contracting organizations. She began her career at Xerox Corporation in federal sales before moving into sales training and leadership development. Nicole later held senior HR and talent roles at Nextel Communications, ACTERNA Corporation, Science Applications International Corporation, and TASC Corporation. Her expertise includes succession planning, organizational design, executive coaching, workforce strategy, learning and development, and employee transition planning. She holds an honors BA in Communications and Business Administration from Marymount University and has also advised organizations through her consulting practice.
