Wish I would have found read these reviews before purchasing. The estimated processing time was 18 minutes. It's been 5 hours and nothing. The "customer service" chat is not monitored and no one has answered my e-mails. I will be happy to update my rating and review if TheDream.AI customer service gets back to me and can help me figure out why I haven't received my photos. Otherwise I guess I'll be opening a dispute with my bank.
