We use Actiondesk to send ourselves alerts when something goes wrong with a customer: late orders, refund pending, etc. This has proven to be very useful. Setting up automations requires a bit of a learning curve but once you got the hang of it, it's super fast! Pros: Frequent alerts to spot and action on business problems Cons: You have to make the effort of understanding how it works first
