I have noticed I have increasing trust issues in whether posts/comments I read everywhere was made partly or even fully with AI and that makes all content I consume text wise feel so unpersonal.

Not so much burnout as the will to keep going with full time job, family and other commitments. I struggle sometimes to find the motivation or the 'will' to actually improve. I already get up at 5am but not for this, it's just daily life. At the end of the day it can be hard to not turn on the telly and instead to something productive

Not likely, depends very much on the application. Obviously apps like Raycast or Rectange or or terminals benefit hugely from being native. Other than that I think you would be hard pressed to find web developers engage in desktop development outside of electron or other web based technology for "native" development

I guess it depends on who your customers are. B2B? No need to facebook ads. Do warm DM outreach or find niche groups on socials. Products like mindfulness or welness? Obviously go for the very visual channels like Tiktok, Reels on instagram, etc. One could go on but I hink it heavily depends on the type of consumers you want to reach. While one person may generate millions of dollars they inevitably will have to consider support, branding, compliance, any kind of governance which is simply not feasible for one person. So except you are creating the next flabby bird which requires none of that I don't see it possible for a single person to encompass it all.
