I've been friends with @jasontoff for many years now, and he's one of the most creative and kind people I know. I've had the chance to play with Rooms during the development, and it's been so fun seeing it go from early prototypes to the rich sandbox it is today. The team really cares about their craft, about making something delightful and simple and playful and fun. I'm excited to see it open...

I used Range for several months while leading a small product at Gusto, and really enjoyed it. I'm a big believer in simple daily status updates. You can do that with a daily Slack reminder, but Range makes them really straightforward and adds enough structure to make them easy to digest. I also really liked the daily personal questions that help the team get to know each other and bond. I'd...

Hi there, I'm the founder of StoryWorth. We wanted to make something for AppleTV, so we built this app as an experiment. It's really simple, but we've found it surprisingly fun to use with family. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions!

Hi everyone, I started StoryWorth to record my Dad's stories. Here's how it works: you invite a loved one, we send them weekly questions about their life for a year, and at the end of the year we print all their stories in a hardcover book. It's super simple, but it's a really unique and personal gift for parents, grandparents and anyone else whose stories you want to preserve. We recently...

Hey all, I'm the founder of StoryWorth. I started StoryWorth as a side project to record my dad's stories, using email and phone calls. We kept it really low-tech for a long time to make it accessible to less tech-savvy seniors. Still, we knew an app would make the experience better for many of our customers, which is why I'm excited for today's launch. Happy to answer any questions!

Very cool. I could see us integrating something like this into StoryWorth. Sometimes grandparents prefer to write stories in their native tongue, but their grandkids don't speak it.

You can actually already upload audio and photo attachments, both on the web and as email attachments, though I haven't emphasized that yet since most people don't have their family digitized yet (I'm looking into some ways around that as well).

Long story short, my dad is 83 years old, so I basically built it for him to record his stories, so I can have them for my eventual kids and grand-kids. I recently printed a book of his StoryWorth stories... it's 80+ pages long! If I'd told him he'd write 80 pages of his biography this year, he would never have believed me β the power of habits. PS: Good community management, Ryan β though...
