Deceptive Payment Practices & Poor Customer Service I recently had a very disappointing experience with Creatify. Their payment system is incredibly deceptive—I accidentally purchased a full-year membership when I intended to sign up for a monthly plan. When I reached out to their support team to request a refund or even switch my membership to a monthly plan, they refused to offer any resolution. Their unwillingness to accommodate a reasonable request shows a complete lack of customer care. The sales page is misleading, making it easy for users to unknowingly commit to long-term subscriptions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when signing up, as their policies seem designed to trap customers rather than provide a fair and transparent service. Would not recommend.
