Bootstrap as long as you can! Taking VC money too early can be a trap. Focus on getting to profitability or at least strong product-market fit first. Once you have real traction and leverage, VC on good terms can help you scale faster. But early on, keep burn low and control your own destiny!

I use Notion for my marketing calendar - it's super flexible and I've built out custom templates for campaigns, assets, deadlines etc. Plus I can integrate it with reminders and other tools to keep everything synced up. Highly recommend checking it out if you need a powerful but adaptable marketing calendar solution!

Definitely want to get better at consistently posting right after something happens rather than waiting for the 'perfect' time to polish and overthink the content. Embrace the raw, in-the-moment sharing! I think it helps build more authentic engagement. Plus, you can always refine or expand on it later in follow-up posts if needed.

Launching is also a big challenge, especially getting that initial user traction. Even with great tech, you need to figure out marketing, messaging, partnerships etc. to get the flywheel spinning. It's definitely a whole other skill set beyond just building something cool!

For sure! I like to A/B test different subject lines and see which ones get the best open rates. Also, segmenting your list based on their past engagement and sending them super targeted content always boosts metrics. There are some cool AI tools now like Phrasee and Persado that can help generate high-performing subject lines and body copy if you're feeling stuck. Worth checking out! ππ

This looks really useful! The onboarding and payment integration features are exactly what I've been looking for. Couple quick questions though: Are there templates included for Firebase integrations? And how easy is it to customize the pre-built components? Anyways, good luck with the launch!

Best advice I ever got was from my grandpa: Be decisive. Right or wrong, make a decision. The road of life is paved with flat squirrels who couldn't make a decision. Basically saying indecision and inaction are often worse than taking action, even if it ends up being the wrong choice. You learn and move on.

Love the concept of a no-account-needed speech-to-text app. AssemblyAI integration sounds solid. Quick q: does it support any other languages or just English? Congrats on the launch!

Absolutely, building a super simple MVP and landing that first paying customer is key. Cut corners on the non-essentials at first (slick UX, scalable infra, elegant architecture) and just get something functional in users' hands ASAP to start validating the core idea and gathering real feedback. Refine from there once you know you're heading in the right direction.
