ELSM was lacking offline usability and also it couldn't be used without an account even for FREE features, so, added offline and no-account support for free features. Made localStorage, sessionStorage and Cokies viewing, editing, deleting completely FREE for all. Added storage and cookies state change tracking with stack trace, and key-state locking for local and session storages.
