I built an app with zero coding experience. Here’s how. Six months ago I had an idea: what if everyday people could rate the news for bias and credibility? No CS degree. No coding background. Just an idea, AI tools, and a lot of late nights. Today FLIC: Rate the News is live on both the App Store and Google Play, with users already in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Singapore, Shanghai, and Amsterdam. The app lets you rate any news article as Liberal, Conservative, Independent, or Fake News. Community ratings build over time to create a crowdsourced picture of media bias.
