Using AI images and image generation

So on my health planner I had a thought about how best to use AI image capability. Here s where I landed on it, after talking to some users as well;

  • recipe image generation; agree with this one myself. I struggle to cook a recipe or even imagine it unless I can see it! nouviva can suggest recipes based on user goals and any inputs such as ingredients they have at home. After it s come up with a recipe you can generate a recipe image!

  • Creating digital recipe cards from cook book recipes. I get a good healthy cookbook but in the end I tend to land in a few recipes. In recipes you can take a photo of the ingredient/method page and then Nouviva will digitize the recipe. It will also score it /10 against your goals.

  • Final one- on your food diary/meal planner you can take a photo of the ingredients label of your meal and it will record it in your planner and score it out of 10.

So… What’s in Your Vibe Coding Stack Right Now? (2026)

AI dev tools are moving stupid fast. Every few weeks, there s a new must-use. Some stick. Most don t.

Some vibe coders are developing full products with @ChatGPT by OpenAI+ @Replit. Others swear by @Cursor + @Claude by Anthropic . A few are mixing @Lovable , @v0 by Vercel , and @bolt.new . New and shipping way faster than expected.

I ve been refining my own vibe stack lately.
Building with @Google Antigravity at the core. It keeps the flow clean when things get messy.

Your Code Reviews are unknowingly silencing your Intern and Junior Engineers

I recently noticed a disturbing pattern with one of our most promising Intern/Junior Engineers.

  • Month 1: They were shipping features daily. Fast. Hungry.

  • Month 2: The velocity slowed down.

  • Month 3: Silence began..

They hadn't opened a Pull Request in 2/3 days, even though their tasks were marked 'In Progress'.

I assumed the worst: Burnout? Disengagement? Maybe they are overemployed?
