I used this for about a year. They keep changing the features in my plan, and the support chat is very condisending and unhelpful. The last one had the tone of its not my problem, I'm not going to help you.
It was great when I started but they keep changing the features every few months, which to me are questionable bueiness practices when I paid up front for everything. When I cancled, I also didn't get any of my money back. I'll be reporting these unethical business practices to the BBB.
