Open-FDD is an open-source, knowledge-graph automated fault detection and diagnostics (AFDD) platform for HVAC systems that runs on-prem—no vendor lock-in, no data loss, no fees. It turns building telemetry into actionable fault insights using a rule-based cookbook for energy savings (~8–9%). With Open Claw, engineers can deploy AI-powered modeling, monitoring, and optimization on the building knowledge graph—capabilities not available in today’s proprietary, high-fee smart building software.
