CLICK needs to decide which side to subsidize first and the answer is almost always "subsidize sellers first, then buyers." Third, streaming infrastructure outside Java is still weak. If the live commerce feature which is CLICK's core differentiation cannot run smoothly in Makassar, Medan, or Pontianak, then 60% of the Indonesian market is automatically closed. Adaptive bitrate and low-data mode are needed from the MVP stage.
