I speak danish and I speak fast. Thats a hard potato for the transcription programs. Transcript LOL does a decent job handeling this.
God summaries, worksheets and quotes
What needs improvement
-I makes up words that does not exist, even when there is a danish word that sounds almost like the made op word.
Like the danisk word "vaner" it transcripes "væner" - a non-existing word.
-It does not learn from previus editing. My company is called "Overskudsuniverset" and I have edited the transcript inside Transcript.lol for more that a year, but it keeps writing things like "Århus universum" and never learns.
-Speaker detection is not optimal, sometimes it change speaker midsentence!
vs Alternatives
I wanted something that would do a good job in my native language - danish.
How accurate are transcripts compared to YouTube captions?
For danish speakers - a LOT better
Can I search across transcripts for keywords and speakers?
It has a "find and replace" but not a "find" (I miss that when editing the transcripts)
What languages and translation options are supported?
I dont know. I only use for danish and english
