I have use this bot on a project that basically needs a customer support 24/7 but doesn't have money for a call center, so I created a bot that grabs a customer needs and activates different automations. Bottom line, I increase the leads and the sales. Pros: The micro interactions when the bot respond are gold! Cons: Allow multiple respond messages so the user don't get the same answers each time
