Woke up tired like I'd worked a full shift. Same bug, looping, my brain solving it ten slightly different wrong ways until morning. Git log empty. Nothing real happened.

Part of me took it as proof I care about what I'm building. The other part knows a brain that won't clock out isn't a flex, it's a leak.

Do you get this one? And if you do, what actually makes it stop?

Building an MVP is no longer the bottleneck since code creation has shifted entirely. Today, the real challenge is capturing early attention.

I am currently looking into engineering as marketing, specifically launching a free, standalone utility before shipping a core product.

With all the recent data leaks and state surveillance laws, more people seem to prefer 100% local, on-device compute over cloud-based LLM architectures even if it means working with slightly smaller models.

As users or makers, are you consciously choosing on-device alternatives for your daily workflows, or do you still trust cloud systems with your data?
