I've tried using them awhile ago! I didn't mind the overpriced champagne, but they closed at 10pm... where most local stores in LA are open until 2am and most of them deliver locally...

Hmm, I don't know about this... 2.5 - 5k, it seems lil high! If someone that wants to start a "business" needs to spend 5k for someone to tell him how to start his business, maybe he is in the wrong business... it just doesn't feel right. In most cases, 5k can get you started pretty good, and you can figure things out as you go... @rogerdickey I think this could work better if you maybe market...
