The German utility-cost statement (Nebenkostenabrechnung) is a legally strict document every landlord owes every tenant once a year, and it fails on the same handful of details every time. I built Nebenkosten-Guru for exactly those details: heating costs under the HeizkostenV, the CO₂ split between landlord and tenant, the § 35a labour share, mid-year tenant changes to the day.
