We've been using Courier for over a year now, and it's probably saved us more pain (and time!) than any other single platform that we use. The product is getting better all the time, and @troygoode and his team are incredible!

Building separate integrations with each ecommerce platform would be a nightmare... I've built one Shopify app and that was enough for me. Can't wait to try this!

We've been using Herald since early this year, and it's completely changed the way that we act on user feedback. Before Herald - everyone on the team would talk to users, take their own notes (sometimes) scattered across Google docs, Notion, paper, etc., and then advocate for whatever ideas they happened to remember from their own conversations. Super intuitive to use, no learning curve. Compared to similar-ish tools like Otter, much better sharing functionality
