Hana makes my management overhead so low. I can schedule reminders for myself and others. Let Hana do the explaining to other people or write a few short sentences and ask Hana to elaborate. If I am confused about a decision, I ask Hana to make it for me in Google Chat group with everyone's context and opinion included in thread.
I use Hana as an extension of mine. She helps me summarize, create action points, catch up conversations, create quick tasks, explain myself better without having to write paragraph after paragraph.
I just need to mention my intent in a few words and I say:
"@Hana, can you explain this clearly to @santhosh and give him starting steps as well"
"@Hana, what do you think about this? Make a decision like the best CEO in the world"
"@Hana, what should we prioritise next?"
