Relay.app has been a game-changer for me. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, and the team is constantly building new features that make it even more valuable over time.
One thing that really stood out was Jacob taking the time to meet with me in person to understand my current workflow. He walked through how I manage information across my teams and has been actively working on ways to incorporate features that save time and bring everything together more effectively.
After completing various tasks, demos, and calls, I’m now able to pull everything into a clean one-page summary that gives me exactly what I need at a glance. It highlights key updates, next steps, and even coaching points I can share with my team. That level of clarity has made a big difference in how I stay organized and support my team day to day.
What needs improvement
More automation on the stance of credits to the user. For example, allow the user to set up a weekly notification for the number of credits left or a percentage, and view a target goal based on past runs.
