At SKB Accounting, I am leading the development and redesign of the mobile SaaS app Radius360x as Head of Product, working with 3 stakeholders, 10 software developers, 3 QA engineers, and 2 Product Designers. I drive the project from concept through design, development, and launch, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery. Previously at Kargo, as the lead product designer for two key initiatives—a legacy web-based application and a MVP—I also spearheaded the creation of a company-wide design system, which improved design consistency, workflows, and collaboration across design teams. Throughout my career, I have mentored junior designers and peers, led UX/UI teams, and bridged the gap between design and development.
