Amazing book. It inspired me to start thinking about how to apply these principles in healthcare. Can we create a hook cycle to get people to do things for better health? Can we use the IOT as a means to provide external triggers to get users to draw users into the cycle - repeatedly, until we can push these triggers to be internal?

I'm the creator of the product and I built it to help me remember to stay healthy through a busy day at work. I've tried all sorts of mHealth apps in the past, including setting alarms and reminders.
