What s the hardest part of trademark research before launching a POD design?

I m Nabil, a solo developer and automation, building SaaS tools around web scraping, browser automation, and e commerce.

Over the last few years I ve shipped multiple scrapers, Chrome extensions, and Apify actors for lead gen and e commerce, and I sell them through Fiverr, Gumroad, and other platforms. Most of my work is about turning manual grind workflows into simple tools: crawling data, cleaning it up with Python, and wrapping it in a clean UI so non technical sellers can use it.

My latest product is Etsy Winner Finder a Chrome extension that sits on top of Etsy and turns the search results into a live dashboard. It helps Etsy and Print on Demand sellers quickly spot winning niches and products by showing real sales estimates, buyer intent signals, competition level, and market heat directly on the page, with deep scans and CSV export for further analysis. I built it because so many sellers were guessing what to launch next, instead of using real data from the marketplace.
