Faster ship times, spacing in between billing. My issue with them is that I am billed on the 20th of each and by the time my teas arrive. It is time for me to be billed again. The variety of teas is pretty good. Normally 4 a month with about 4 each of each flavor. It's an amazing service. I just wish they would iron out either getting the teas shipped out quicker or once they charge you. Ship...
