The quick room CAD model is a sweet feature. It's so fast too. It would take so much longer to build that from scratch. Also, fun music in the video! Pros: Super fast and easy. I trust the results. I can level photo frames from the couch! Cons: Sometimes it has difficultly finding a plane, but just put some paper on the floor and that helps!
