About

Hey everyone, I’m the solo builder behind EbookForge. This started from a very simple, I’d spend evenings tweaking margins, headers, spacing, exporting, fixing tiny layout bugs, and exporting again. The content was solid, but the final PDF always looked like “Google Docs cosplaying as a book”. I was honestly embarrassed to share some of my own work, not because of the ideas, but because the layout looked cheap. So I built myself an escape hatch: write in JSON, generate a clean, consistent PDF automatically. No Figma, no template hunting, no pixel-pushing. Just structure → book. Friends who also create content started asking for it, so I cleaned it up and turned it into EbookForge.

I’m Sam, solo builder trying to fix the “Google Docs pretending to be a book” problem

Hey everyone, I m Sam

I m a solo builder and I spend a lot of time writing long-form stuff: guides, frameworks, SOPs, little ebooks.

Weirdly, the writing was never the hard part for me.

EbookForge.app - Turn structured JSON into beautifully designed PDF books.

EbookForge converts structured JSON into beautifully designed, publish-ready PDF ebooks in seconds. No templates, no layout headaches, no design software. Just structure in, professional output out. Built for developers, creators, and teams who write a lot but don’t want to spend hours tweaking margins, fonts, and formatting ever again.
