For me it was that the founders where too similar. Both business people but the product was a tech product. Furthermore we our skills where nearly the same what made it difficult to get synergy effects of different skills. Since them I am only working on projects where my founding team is diverse and everyone has different skills in their expertise :)

I write it down, google if there are already similar ideas and then brainstorm what subtopics come to my mind when I think about that idea🤓

Meditate. There are amazing guided meditations on YouTube! Start with some about self worth and awareness. Furthermore listen to positive affirmations often! This always helps and at one point you won't feel that lonely because you have yourself and be aware of your thoughts and feelings :)
